Check Out The Summer of ’77

This new novel took a couple of years to write, with interruptions. Revisiting my ’70s youth was wonderful, plotting a murder mystery–not so easy! I hope that readers find their way to this book and enjoy it, even if it’s not their usual genre.

The Masterpiece Available Now

My new release is a retelling of the Pygmalion/My Fair Lady tale. In ancient Greek mythology, a sculptor, Pygmalion fell in love with one of his creations which then came to life. George Bernard Shaw’s 1913 play was named after that mythological character, and later Pygmalion was transformed into the delightful musical we all know and love. Unless, of course, you despise musicals.

I enjoyed taking the basic elements of the story and giving them a spin to create something of my own. Hope readers will enjoy The Masterpiece and the little Easter eggs planted throughout the book.
